1. Outdoor Festival Format
Multiple zones: main stage with a DJ, a chill-out lounge, food trucks, a photo booth and lawn games. This format works for teams of 100–500 and keeps energy high without forcing everyone into a ballroom. Johannesburg’s October–November weather is ideal.
2. Themed Gala Dinner
Casino night, masquerade ball, decades party, awards ceremony — a strong theme gives the evening structure and gives your team something to dress up for. We build bespoke décor, props and staging for any theme.

What to Avoid
- Generic hotel ballroom with no theming. It says “we ticked a box” — not “we value our team.”
- Open bar with no food timing. Feed people before they drink. Trust us.
- Speeches longer than five minutes. Keep them short, sincere and spaced out.
- December dates. By mid-December, everyone’s exhausted. Late October and November are the sweet spot.
