Yes. We manage the City of Tshwane permit process including SASREA-triggered applications and SAPS liaison. Allow at least six weeks.
50% deposit, 40% six weeks before event, 10% within seven days post-event. Cancellations more than 90 days out are refunded less deposit; inside 30 days we retain the full balance.
