Concerts and stadiums, at scale.
Three decades building the biggest stages in the country — the full production from A to Z, or the one specialist part a promoter needs, working alongside the best agencies in the business.
Here’s something most people don’t realise about a big concert or festival: it is almost never the work of a single company. Behind one show there are usually several agencies working side by side — one on the stage, one on infrastructure, one on the bars, one on the fan experience. We’ve worked in that world since the 1990s, and we’re built for both ends of it: sometimes we run the whole production, and sometimes we deliver one crucial part alongside everyone else.
Thirty years of the country’s biggest stages.

From Hansa Pilsner to the arena stage
Our concert story starts back in the 1990s with productions for Hansa Pilsner — and we’ve been part of the live-music machinery ever since. Along the way we’ve contributed to shows including Pharrell Williams at Standard Bank Arena and Usher at Orlando Stadium in 2019, delivering our part of the production alongside the other agencies on the job.

Castle Lite Unlocks
We’ve been part of Castle Lite Unlocks for more than a decade — one of the biggest annual concert properties the country has seen. Over that run the stage has hosted international headliners including Post Malone, Kanye West and Travis Scott, among many others.
Like every production on this scale, Unlocks is a collaboration — we’ve delivered our part of it working alongside a number of other agencies year after year.

Bar infrastructure through AB InBev
These days a lot of our concert work comes through AB InBev, where we collaborate on the bar infrastructure at major concerts — the high-volume, fully branded beverage operations that keep a stadium crowd served all night. It’s a perfect example of being brought in for one specialist part of a much bigger show, and delivering it to a standard the rest of the production can rely on.
We’ve also delivered the experiential zones around the main stage — most recently the MxD experience at Ultra South Africa for the last two years.
Everything a big show needs, A to Z.
We can take on the entire production, or plug in on the single element you need. Either way, this is what we bring to a large-scale concert or festival.
Stadium & site infrastructure
The backbone of a large event — structures, layouts and site build engineered to carry a stadium-scale crowd safely.
Stage design & build
From concept advice through to full fabrication and rigging of the stage set the headline act performs on.
Bar infrastructure at scale
High-volume bar builds and beverage operations — often delivered in collaboration through AB InBev at major concerts.
Sound
Concert-grade audio design and delivery built to fill a stadium and hold a festival crowd.
Lighting
Show lighting rigs that turn a stage into a spectacle and carry the energy from soundcheck to encore.
Health & safety
Compliance, crowd safety and risk management built into every layer of the production, not bolted on at the end.
Interiors & fit-out
VIP suites, hospitality spaces and back-of-house interiors finished to the standard the artists and guests expect.
Experiential zones
The branded worlds and fan spaces around the main stage that turn a concert into a full day out.
Full control, or one perfect part.
We run the whole thing
Hand us the event and we’ll take it end to end — infrastructure, staging, sound, lighting, bars, interiors, safety and the fan experience, all coordinated under one roof.
We deliver one part, brilliantly
Already have a lead agency? Bring us in for the piece we’re best at — stadium infrastructure, the bar build, stage-set advice and construction, or the experiential areas — and we’ll slot in seamlessly with the rest of your team.
Planning something big?
Whether you’re a promoter, a brand or a lead agency, tell us what the show needs and where you need us to fit. We’ve been doing this since the 1990s — we know how to work as the whole production or as one dependable part of it.
