The Boardwalk ICC is Nelson Mandela Bay's flagship - the only purpose-built international convention centre in Gqeberha, 3,000-plus square metres for up to 1,700, sitting inside a Sun International resort four kilometres from the airport. That integration is the pitch: delegates sleep in the on-site 5-star hotel, the casino and spa handle downtime, and the ICC's own kitchen and AV run the sessions. Published day-conference rates make budgeting quick. B&W books it for any Bay brief over 400 where scale and a turnkey resort experience matter more than a bespoke shell.

Day-delegate rates: R610 per person full-day (3 tea breaks) / R550 per person half-day (2 tea breaks), 2026. Rates include lunch (buffet or à la carte), conference water, mints, notepads and pens, main-venue hire, waitron service, wifi, standard tables and chairs, crockery, air-conditioning and free underground parking. Excludes linen for extra tables / cabaret-banquet setups, stage and AV, dedicated wifi, soft drinks, setup-day costs and breakaway / boardroom costs.
