Glenburn Lodge is Muldersdrift's genuine conference-and-functions workhorse — 11 named conference venues seating 6 to 300 delegates, plus four dedicated function venues (Glencove, Glenkyle, Riverlapa, Coachman) for private events from 30 to 250 guests. Published 2026 conference rates land at R630 half-day and R685 full-day per person including buffet lunch, with 24-hour residential packages from R2 055 pp sharing. Private function venue hire starts at R3 200 (Wine Cellar, 14 pax) and tops out at R27 000 (Glenkyle, 250 pax). Accommodation covers 100 rooms — hotel rooms, garden suites, self-catering chalets and the Bushwillow Tented Camp boma for 60. The on-site spa, hiking trails through private game reserve, horse riding and multiple teambuilding partners make it a natural fit for multi-day corporate retreats. Halaal and Kosher menus quoted separately. In-house décor via Belle Âme Event & Décor Specialists. We've worked the venue and the ops team delivers consistently.
