Zwartkop Country Club has reinvented itself as a Golf, Lifestyle & Entertainment Club — championship golf, driving range, TrackMan, padel courts and disc golf, plus function rooms and a licensed bar. Catering runs in-house through Zwartkop Catering (Pty) Ltd, which prices 2026 day-conferences at R550 half-day and R650 full-day per person including venue hire, buffet lunch, waiter service, projector, screen and flip chart. Breakfast buffets are R220 per person, private function venue hire covers the Lounge at R9 500, Otway’s at R5 500 and the upper or lower deck at R3 000, and build-your-own function menus start at R150 per person on a 30-guest minimum. Platters for six to eight people run R480 to R630. It is the Centurion play when the brief wants golf, padel or a sports-club setting behind the conference.

Conference times are 08h00–13h00 (half day) and 08h00–17h00 (full day), with a free 30-minute morning extension by pre-arrangement and additional after-hours usage at R350 per hour at the discretion of management and subject to availability. A break-away room is available on request at extra cost. Menus and prices are subject to change without prior notice — confirm at time of booking.

- A 50% deposit secures the venue and full payment (excluding the bar) is due one week before the function. Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit and a signed function agreement are received within seven days of the booking, and the deposit is not redeemable on cancellation at any time.
- Licensed premises: no alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages may be brought on site without written permission from Zwartkop Catering. Corkage on approved own wine or sparkling wine is R65 per 750ml bottle and R150 for non-standard bottles, and sherry, port and other fortified wines must be ordered through Zwartkop Catering.
- Both cash-bar and open-bar options are available. For an open bar, confirm the spend limit, the included and excluded items and the account signatory in advance.
- Personal wines and drinks brought onto the premises must be collected within three days of the function — no responsibility is taken for drinks left at the club after that.
- A final delegate list is required two days before the function to speed up access at the gate.
- Set-up must be arranged with the venue’s function co-ordinator.
