Meropa is the anchor entertainment destination in Polokwane, and for corporate work it earns its shortlist place by bundling a casino, two hotels, restaurants and a proper conference block behind one gate - which matters when you want delegates fed, bedded and entertained without a shuttle. It's a Sun International property (not Peermont, whatever the brief said) and it runs around the clock. The honest caveat: TripAdvisor sits at a middling 3.5 and the recurring complaint is service that drifts, so this rewards a hands-on B&W production lead who owns the delegate experience rather than leaving it to the house. Solid bones, needs steering.
