Formerly Ingwenyama Conference & Sport Resort, now trading as ANEW Resort White River - a rebrand, not a closure, so ignore the naming confusion. This is the region's workhorse for big residential conferences and team-building: 64 hectares, nine conference venues, 133 rooms, FIFA-accredited soccer pitches and cricket fields, all about ten minutes from KMIA. Nothing else near the airport combines that much meeting space with that much sports infrastructure. The 3.7 rating is fair - it is a large, somewhat ageing resort rather than a boutique product - but for a multi-day corporate conference with team-building attached, it is the natural choice. Confirm exact room capacities and current condition on a site visit.
