If you need a real indoor event space in Mbombela rather than a hotel ballroom, Emnotweni Arena is the honest answer. It is a genuine divisible arena seating around 770 theatre or 500 banquet, with a 695 sqm exhibition floor, its own kitchen, and two Tsogo Sun hotels plus a casino on the same complex - so your delegates never leave the site. It is well run and production-friendly, but it is not a mega-venue: once you push past roughly 770 you are into stadium territory. For conferences, awards evenings and expos in the 200-770 band it is the strongest room in the Lowveld.
