Highgrove is the safe premium play for a small, high-touch group. It is a proper 5-star boutique on a working avocado and macadamia farm on the R40, with a serious spa and a fine-dining kitchen that carries the experience. The catch is scale: eight suites means roughly sixteen residential, so this is an exco-retreat or incentive venue, not a conference. Function capacities are not published, so B&W would confirm the day-function ceiling directly - but for an intimate premium brief it delivers, and it photographs beautifully when dressed right.
