When a brief is genuinely big - a few thousand people, a concert, a major expo or a sporting-hospitality day - Mbombela Stadium is the only room in the province that can hold it. It is the 2010 World Cup 'giraffe' stadium, an outdoor bowl of roughly 43,500 with covered seating, 25 private suites and VIP lounges you can tier for corporate guests. It is a blank canvas, not a turnkey conference venue: you bring the production, the power plan and the permits, and B&W earns its fee dressing it. For anything under a few hundred people it is overkill; for anything genuinely large-scale it is your only serious call.
