There is no Protea by Marriott in town, so for a chain-standard convention this is the pick, and being brand new it is the cleanest, best-equipped room in the Nkangala corridor. The honest caveat is that it is young: capacities are published in square metres rather than delegate counts, the review base is thin, and you transact through Radisson central reservations rather than a named local contact. Get a site visit and firm pax numbers, and it is a strong, low-risk corporate host.
