- Day-delegate conference packages (2026): R170 pp half-day / R240 pp full-day, including water and mints.
- Conference-room hire ranges from R1 420 to R2 970 per day or half-day depending on the size of the venue booked.
- Halls: no private catering permitted — all catering must be done by the resort restaurant (Buffel & Dahlia halls R2 200 in-hall; Chalets Hall R715).
- Lapa & boma areas have no kitchen or refrigeration; braai drums are included, tableware and braai utensils are excluded. Music is subject to resort rules and all must be quiet after 23:00.
- Accommodation is charged per unit per night (e.g. 8-Magalies Villa R2 020, 4-Tent House R980). Arrival from 14:00, departure by 10:00. One complimentary vehicle per unit (two for 6- and 8-bed units); additional vehicles R95 per night.
