Garden Court Kings Beach is the budget-smart Bay day-conference hotel - three rooms with standard AV included, the Wellington to 100, on the Kings Beach beachfront three kilometres from the airport. It's a training-and-day-meeting property rather than a gala venue, which is exactly what a lot of briefs need at a rate the beachfront resorts can't match. B&W slots it in for training blocks and quarterly sessions where the spend belongs on content, not chandeliers.
