The Regent is the Esplanade's beachfront delegate base - 175 rooms with in-room video conferencing, physically joined to the East London ICC so a brief can step from bedroom to a 2,100-seat exhibition hall without a shuttle. On its own it's a comfortable four-star; its real value is that adjacency. B&W pairs it with the ICC for a large Buffalo City conference where you want delegates sleeping on the ocean and walking to the plenary. For a smaller stand-alone meeting it works too, but the linked-complex play is the reason to book it.
