The Graham is Makhanda's town-centre conference hotel - two rooms, the Albany to about 130 with built-in AV, in-house catering from cocktail eats to carvery, and rooms upstairs in the heart of High Street. For the Makhanda/Grahamstown market - the university town, the festival city - it's the practical local option that saves hauling a meeting to Gqeberha 130 kilometres away. B&W uses it for smaller inland conferences and training anchored to Rhodes University or the town itself; anything over 130 needs the game reserves or the Bay.
