The Windermere is the smallest of the Bay's boutique options - nine design-led suites in Humewood, four kilometres from the airport, with on-site dining and a private library lounge. It appears on the meeting-venue directories, but with nine rooms it's strictly intimate: an executive lunch, a private dinner, a boardroom-style meeting for a handful of people. Function capacities aren't published, so B&W confirms exactly what space exists before pitching it. For a very small, high-touch corporate gathering near the beachfront, it's a refined choice - just not a conference one.
