Emoya is Bloemfontein's biggest event canvas - a Basotho-themed estate with a private game reserve, spa and open-air theatre, where the halls and a tented venue between them take the largest crowds in the metro. It's the natural pick for a gala or a wildlife-flavoured incentive, fifteen minutes from the airport off the N1. Two things need managing: the published capacities conflict across sources (brochure says 600-plus indoors and 1,000 under canvas, Cvent says 300), and reviews flag variable service - so B&W confirms the real numbers and dresses the catering. For a big Bloemfontein brief that wants game drives with its conference, nothing else in the city competes.
