Maluti Mountain Lodge is the intimate end of Clarens - a characterful village lodge with thatched rondawels, 21 rooms and a private function space for about 35, sleeping up to 60 sharing. It's a board-retreat venue, not a conference one: the appeal is the small-group privacy, the on-site restaurant and the mountain setting, three hours from anywhere. B&W books it for an exco strategy weekend where the whole lodge becomes the group's own. For anything over 35, the Protea or Mont d'Or are the Clarens answers.
