- Full-Day Package (R695 pp) includes the meeting room, LCD projector, screen, room sound and flipchart, 3 servings of coffee/tea with snacks (welcome, mid-morning, afternoon), a buffet lunch with a soft drink in OUI Bar, water in the room, notepads & pens, complimentary Wi-Fi and guest parking.
- Half-Day Package (R595 pp) includes the same set-up with 2 coffee/tea servings (welcome and mid-morning) and the buffet lunch with a soft drink.
- Quotations are valid for 72 hours, after which the proposal is removed from the system.
- On confirmation, a 10% contingency fee is added to the invoice to cover extras during the event; if unused it is refunded accordingly.
