Redlands is the boutique end of the Pietermaritzburg market - a spa hotel whose Redlands Room seats about 80 with a covered veranda and satellite kitchen, plus a poolside boardroom for a dozen or so. It is small-meeting and training territory, and the site currently notes partial renovations, so B&W confirms completion before booking. For a PMB-based client wanting a more characterful setting than the casino hotel, at intimate scale, it's a tidy option. Nothing over 80, though - we keep it in its lane.
