Villa Paradiso is the closest thing North West has to a boutique conference manor: six venues from a 6-seat boardroom to a 160-delegate conference room, 60 bedrooms, own chefs and views over the dam to the Magaliesberg. It's honest 4-star, not 5 - but for a residential leadership offsite it beats pretending a game lodge is a boardroom. Book exclusive use and it feels like the company owns the hill for the weekend.
