Hartford House is the Midlands' luxury address - a former Zulu royal residence turned polo-estate boutique hotel with a restaurant that has genuine national standing. The corporate product is deliberately small: a 40-seat auditorium and a 16-seat executive boardroom, with the 150-cap venue mostly a wedding space. That's board-retreat and C-suite-strategy territory, priced accordingly, where the food and the horses are the reward. B&W books it when a small leadership group needs somewhere that feels like a private estate, not a conference hotel.
