Erinvale runs the classic golf-conference formula properly: five air-conditioned rooms where the Camphors combine from 30 to 120 delegates, package pricing that makes procurement happy, and a Gary Player course out the window for day two. The 56-room hotel and spa keep the group on-property, and Helderberg mountain views do the scenery work. It caps at 120, so this is a small-to-mid tool, and we position it exactly there. Reliable, well-priced, zero drama.
