Yes. We combine our owned fleet with air freight to move equipment efficiently to the Cape, and our full crew travels with the gear — so you get the same production standard with no local sub-contracting risk. All logistics are quoted upfront with no third-party mark-ups.
For full-service events allow ten to fourteen weeks to account for inter-provincial logistics and peak-season demand (November to February). Smaller productions can sometimes be turned around faster — ask us.
Absolutely. We have delivered estate weddings across Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Constantia, and waterfront celebrations at the V&A — including bespoke staging, décor, sound, lighting and full weather contingency planning.
Our full-service model works best from about 40 guests upward. For smaller gatherings we can supply décor, staging or AV hire without the full planning wrap.
Yes. Our year-end packages include venue liaison, theming, décor, sound and lighting, DJ or live-band coordination and full staffing, priced per delegate from 40 to 800 guests.
Yes. For events on public property, beachfront spaces, road closures or large outdoor gatherings, we manage the permit process with the City of Cape Town and SAPS liaison.
50% deposit to confirm, 40% due six weeks before the event, 10% balance within seven days post-event. Cancellation refunds scale with notice period.
