Laurent at Lourensford is the Aleit Group’s glass showpiece in the Helderberg: a light-filled, marble-floored function venue with a signature draped ceiling, feature arch wall and marble built-in bar, opening onto a veranda, steps and lawn with the mountains and vineyards behind. It seats up to 200 and the published 2027 rates are refreshingly clear — R40 000 for a weekday any month, R55 000 for a winter weekend (May–Sep) and R79 000 for a peak weekend, all excl. VAT and including furniture, cutlery, crockery, glassware for 200, sound and aircon. Catering runs through Abundance Catering, the bar is Laurent’s own licensed service, and the estate’s award-winning wines anchor every toast. A polo-field marquee and the Laurent Lounge after-party space extend the footprint on custom quote.

Venue hire includes exclusive use of the Laurent function venue, veranda, steps and lawn, lounge and cocktail furniture, reception tables and chairs, cutlery, crockery and glassware for 200, the imported sound system with roaming microphone, air-conditioning, an on-the-day venue manager and a back-up generator. Catering is provided exclusively by Abundance Catering and the bar by Laurent’s own licensed service; hospitality staffing is by DIENS Hospitality (charged separately). A R75 000 deposit (incl. VAT) secures a date and includes a refundable R10 000 breakage deposit. Rates supplied by the venue for the 2027 season (Sep 2026) — confirm current pricing on enquiry.
