Lanzerac is one of the few Stellenbosch estates that can genuinely sleep a conference: 48 five-star rooms, the Cellar Hall at 120 theatre or 150 banquet, and five proper boardrooms for breakouts, all wrapped in three centuries of Jonkershoek heritage. The spa and working cellar carry the after-hours programme without any outside suppliers. Capacity tops at 150, so it is a mid-size play by design. We use it when the brief says 'take the exco away for three days and bring them back aligned'.
