Zorgvliet sits in the Banhoek Valley's most dramatic scenery and pairs two honest conference rooms - the Oak Room at 140 seated and the Banhoek at 80 - with an 18-room lodge, spa and pool that turn a strategy session into a retreat. The rare card here is catering flexibility: outside caterers are permitted alongside the estate kitchen, which opens the menu and the budget. The valley adds transfer time from the airport, so we schedule around it. A strong mid-size residential option that underprices its setting.
