Nooitgedacht works the farm-format hard: a 300-capacity hall, a rustic cellar that seats up to 260 for the kind of long-table dinner people photograph, and oak-shaded lawns that take marquee or Bedouin builds with the Simonsberg behind them. Catering and service staff come with the venue, and the 18th-century manor handles workshops. Self-catering cottages give limited on-farm beds - enough for organisers and VIPs, not the delegation. It sells year-end functions and product launches at rates that undercut the famous-name estates by a comfortable margin.
