The Avenue is the Waterfront's workhorse shell: 950 m2 over two levels, up to 700 guests, run by the Two Oceans Aquarium's functions team with a viewing window into the Ocean Exhibit that does your ice-breaker for you. It is a genuine blank canvas, which we like - full branding takeovers land well here and the Waterfront handles parking, hotels and delegate confidence. Catering is in-house and sustainability-led; good, not showy. Capacity and rigging numbers are operator-published rather than independently audited, so we re-confirm per layout before contracting.
