Arabella is the full-immersion residential play: 90 minutes out of Cape Town on the Bot River lagoon, with ten conference venues to 350 delegates, 145 rooms, a top-10 golf course and a spa that actually earns its awards. The distance is the strategy - nobody sneaks back to the office - and full buy-outs are realistic here. Decor is due a refresh in places and reviewers keep saying so; we set expectations and dress the plenary. For lock-in leadership summits with golf on day two, it is the Overberg's only serious answer.
