The Caledon's pitch is simple: take the team seventy-five minutes down the N2, put them in the natural hot springs by 17h30, and watch a two-day strategy session soften into something productive. Four conference venues cap at 120 delegates with 95 rooms behind them, so it is a residential-retreat tool, not a conference centre. Tsogo Sun runs the operation; maintenance wobbles show up in reviews and we set expectations on the older wings. For winter offsites the springs are an unfair advantage.

Rates & Packages

Day-delegate rates: R550 per person full-day / R425 per person half-day (until 12:00), 2026. The rate includes AV equipment (projector, screen, mic and PA), a flipchart, arrival / mid-morning / afternoon tea, a plated or buffet lunch (buffet from 20 pax) and three water and mints replenishments; the half-day rate excludes one tea break and one replenishment. Not Halaal certified, but orders can be placed through a Halaal supplier. A 50% deposit and signed contract confirm the booking.
