Two function spaces
The Royal Venue accommodates up to 100 theatre-style and is also offered for weddings up to 100, subject to the chosen layout. The Albert Room seats 28 cinema-style, 18 classroom, 16 boardroom, 13 U-shape or 24 banquet at eight per table. Generator backup serves the hotel and conference venue.

Self-catering cottage: R3,500 for either single or double occupancy; extra adult included, maximum four guests. Self-catering is a separate rate basis.

Children and group bookings
Children aged 0–2 sharing with two full-paying adults are complimentary; ages 3–14 are on request. Room maximums still apply. Group allocations, deposits and cancellation terms must be confirmed in the booking contract.
