The CTICC is the Western Cape's default answer for anything over 1,000 delegates, and we treat it that way: two linked buildings, 11,200 m2 of column-free floor, a 1,500-seat auditorium and a divisible Grand Ballroom that swallows a 2,000-cover gala. It runs on exclusive in-house catering, which keeps quality predictable but takes menu control out of our hands - we push hard on tastings early. The Foreshore address means delegates walk from the Westin over the sky bridge and the CBD hotel pool absorbs any room block. B&W leans on it for congress-scale work and dresses the foyers to kill the airport-terminal feel.
