Steenberg is the Constantia Valley's executive-retreat address: a 24-seat vineyard-view meeting room wired with multi-point video conferencing, private dining through Vats, the Conservatory and the main room combining to 70, and Catharina's kitchen doing food that outclasses most venues twice its size. Golf, the winery and the spa fill the incentive programme without leaving the estate. Seventy is the hard ceiling, so it never goes on a conference proposal.
