Sun Exhibits is the budget-sensible exhibition answer: 2,700 m2 of column-free flat floor under a 6.8 m roof, sitting inside GrandWest with its parking, hotels and casino precinct doing the delegate-logistics work for free. It is a shell - shell scheme, floor plan, everything brought in - so the production budget does the talking. Catering runs exclusively through Sun International's banqueting team, which is competent volume cooking rather than fine dining. We use it for expos and big year-end banquets where CTICC pricing would sink the brief.
