The Lookout is the biggest view in the large-format game: a 20-by-60-metre glass hall at Granger Bay seating 800 or standing 900, with Table Mountain on one side and the Atlantic on the other, and parking directly underneath. It is effectively a dry-hire shell, which suits us - full branding takeovers and custom builds land here better than anywhere at the Waterfront. The R20-billion Granger Bay expansion is now building around the precinct, so we confirm access and noise windows date by date. For year-end functions with a wow mandate, it stays top three.
