The Vineyard is the Southern Suburbs' thinking-venue: ten naturally lit rooms, generator backup and eight acres of riverside garden that turn coffee breaks into actual breaks. Capacity honestly tops out around 150, which keeps it in strategy-offsite and training territory rather than gala scale. The kitchen and staff earn their 4.5 rating and the sustainability programme is substance, not sticker. B&W defaults here for multi-day leadership work - delegates leave calmer than they arrived, which is usually the brief.
